Job Summary

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and prepare the organization for SOX compliance.
  • Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across financial, operational, and compliance areas, identifying control gaps and process improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams to support special projects and IPO readiness from a controls and compliance perspective.

Salary
