Job Summary

  • The ODs are directly supervised by the Sr HCS and perform daily scheduling adjustments ensuring adequate deployment of available staff to each of eleven homes and three resource centers.
  • The duties include, but are not limited to redeploying home staff, adhering to pull lists, to areas in need of additional staff secondary to call outs, new 1:1’s or med appointments, trips etc…
  • A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
