  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations which includes but is not limited to philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control and the policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Assist the DSD in scheduling and organizing in service Education programs and maintain all required records.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including assisting with HR and payroll duties and participating in facility surveys.
