  • Respond to and resolve incident tickets, draft and implement standard network change requests, and provide support to Tier III network engineers.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Layer 2 switching (VLANs, Port Security, Thin Configurations)
  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 network experience
  • TCP/IP and OSI models knowledge
  • Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, Brocade/Foundry OS knowledge
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Disruptive and proactive mindset
  • Fast-paced environment experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Security+ Certification
  • Up to 25% travel
