The role involves collaboration with external payroll partners, car fleet management, and addressing HR-related inquiries, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the accurate and timely payroll processing for 100 employees in Belgium and the Netherlands, in close collaboration with our external payroll partners.
  • You will also manage the Benelux car fleet, support employees with a wide range of HR and payroll-related questions, and take ownership of more complex administrative cases, such as expat and international mobility files.
  • A strong affinity for data, accuracy, and analytical work is essential, as this role involves interpreting payroll data, ensuring data quality, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
