The Managed Services Oracle Cloud Technical Manager will contribute to the delivery of managed services for our Oracle Cloud clients, addressing client concerns and ensuring exceptional quality service.
This role requires proven expertise in incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, with 6 to 9 years of strong expertise in Fast Formulas and technical components like BIP/OTBI Reports and Integrations.
Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day operations, providing support to the managed services team, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring service performance, and staying up-to-date with Oracle updates and industry trends.
