The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to cooperate with facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to maintain a positive, calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
