Job Summary

  • This role focuses on growing adoption of Zoom Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Engagement Management capabilities across current and prospective customers.
  • The successful candidate will act as a market evangelist in Tokyo while reporting to the Head of CX Sales in APJ based in Australia.
  • Candidates must possess over a decade of telephony contact center sales experience including both cloud and premises PBX solutions.
