Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, process employment related documentation, and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and coordinate the infection control surveillance program.
Provide direct resident/patient care, supervise staff, and maintain employee/resident/patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements
