Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Ph.D. in computational biology or related field
  • Experience analyzing single-cell RNA-seq data
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R programming
  • Experience with machine learning methods and deep learning
  • Ability to work with large datasets on HPC or cloud

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with spatial transcriptomics platforms
  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures like transformers
  • Knowledge of interpretability techniques and causal inference

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year post-doctoral commitment
