Job Summary

  • The role of Associate Manager Package design and development is to provide technical support on packaging development processes to production-packing and cross functional teams and troubleshoot exercise on packaging commodities and process.
  • You will collaborate with outside vendors and internal teams to develop and engineer packages that ensure functionality, compliance, cost-efficiency, and timely objectives.
  • Lead and support technical improvement projects aimed at defect reduction, improved equipment reliability, and better equipment utilization using Six Sigma and other tools.
