Job Summary

  • Responsible for all remediation projects including PEPs, HRR BOW, HRI, Trigger events, HRR BAU On-boarding, and HRR STR.
  • Perform gap analysis and transactional analysis for all clients 90 days prior to remediation date and work with frontline colleagues to implement client contact strategies.
  • Be an active participant in meetings, provide suggestions for improving client service, and share best practices and specialist knowledge with the team.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum NQF Level 5 or equivalent qualifications
  • 2-3 years Banking experience
  • 1 year exposure in regulatory related functions
  • General banking understanding
  • Knowledge of KYC methodology
  • Knowledge of Remediation and Refresh Standards
