The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors, answer the telephone, and provide general administrative and clerical support.
Essential duties include checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position has no clinical involvement and requires a high school diploma or GED, with previous administrative or receptionist experience being preferred.
