Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Digital transformation in metals and mining
Project Management Office (PMO) execution
Use of Primavera and MS Project
Power BI and Tableau dashboarding
5D BIM and drone/LiDAR progress tracking
IoT geo-fencing material tracking
Extensive travel to project sites
Nice-to-have
Consulting experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem solving and collaboration
Exposure to GenAI assistants
Hands-on BIM tools like Navisworks and Revit
Detail orientation
Data handling and report writing
Key Requirements
2-5 years relevant experience in construction and metals/mining PMO
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months
M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred or BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project and Power BI/Tableau
