The Project Controls Lead will be overseeing a cost engineer and administrative staff who will be undertaking the day-to-day transactional side of project controls.
The position requires interaction and review of data required of and produced by subcontractors for the project and the ability to summarize the data for the project management team to see and review.
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Requirements
10 years of experience desired
Proficient user of CMiC PM or similar software
Proficient user of Word and Excel
Good understanding of construction systems
Experienced in management of teams
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Technical and business writing skills
Knowledge of basic general contractor accounting
Working knowledge of construction insurances
General contracting experience required
Complex external reporting
Guaranteed maximum price knowledge
Mature client-facing ability
AIA contract knowledge
Bachelors’ degree, preferably in construction or engineering
