Lumafield is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions that combine both hardware and software to solve manufacturing and engineering challenges.
In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of solutions that require coordination across multiple teams, as well as manage timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations with customers.
This role will also help establish processes for scaling our delivery and management of complex customer engagements while maintaining the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
