Job Summary

  • The Beneficiary Help Line Specialist provides high-quality customer service and accurate information to Social Security beneficiaries, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • This role assists callers by explaining program requirements, answering questions about benefits, and resolving issues or escalating complex concerns as needed.
