Job Summary
The Beneficiary Help Line Specialist provides high-quality customer service and accurate information to Social Security beneficiaries, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
This role assists callers by explaining program requirements, answering questions about benefits, and resolving issues or escalating complex concerns as needed.
