This full-time, grant-funded position involves maintaining environmental monitoring equipment, conducting fieldwork, and analyzing laboratory samples, with a focus on coastal and estuarine ecosystems.

Job Summary
The Research Engineering / Scientist Associate I will work closely with research staff to maintain and implement various aspects of our environmental long-term monitoring program.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, cleaning, calibrating, deploying, and retrieving scientific equipment, as well as laboratory preparation and analysis of field samples.
This is a full-time, grant-funded, 12-month position located at the UT Marine Science Institute in Port Aransas, Texas, subject to annual renewal.
