Key Requirements

  • Two years general experience for Level I
  • Four years CHW experience for Level II
  • Nine years CHW experience for Level III
  • Certified CHW training program enrollment within 45 days
  • ARCHWA certification for Level III
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
