Must-have
10+ years Primavera P6 experience
Large to mega-sized construction projects
Site-based role in Indianapolis
Schedule logic and constraint management
Critical path analysis and float management
Nice-to-have
Pharmaceutical or heavy industrial background
AACE, PMI, or CMAA certification
Experience with CQV projects
Strong presentation and communication skills
Leadership experience in scheduling teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying
