Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Pharmacy Intern License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy at the start of residency, OR Arkansas Pharmacist License
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program OR currently enrolled and completing an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program
  • Pharmacist License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
