The primary responsibility of this role is to Manage daily operations and maintain morale at the group level, supporting Toyota Mississippi Stamping department's objectives to meet Company KPIs.
Develop and manage standards related to team member safety and professional growth, ensuring effective communication of Change-point Management across all shifts and sections within the Stamping Shop.
