Level 2: $80,750 – $109,250; Level 3: $102,000 - $138,000; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years HR Generalist/HRBP/Employee Relations experience
  • 1+ years communicating HR programs
  • 1+ years utilizing business acumen
  • 1+ years influencing stakeholders
  • 1+ years partnering with senior leaders
  • 1+ years executing HR strategies
  • Active US Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field
  • 3+ years related work experience
