Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team are integral to CommBank's Group People Services team within Human Resources that provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice.
Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on and conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions or early resolution meetings.
Facilitate presentations and workshops to HR Direct as well as different levels of management and employees across the Group on a range of Workplace Relations topics to provide coaching and training.
