Job Summary

  • The Workplace Relations team are integral to CommBank's Group People Services team within Human Resources that provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice.
  • Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on and conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions or early resolution meetings.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops to HR Direct as well as different levels of management and employees across the Group on a range of Workplace Relations topics to provide coaching and training.
