Key Requirements

  • Ph.D, Psy.D, or Masters degree in advanced psychology or behavioral analysis
  • 10+ years of experience in personnel assessment, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, coaching and feedback delivery, and project management
  • 5 years of selling consulting services experience preferred
  • Moderate travel, up to 40% overnight travel
