Job Summary

  • OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, and other VIP customer segments.
  • You will spearhead the overall strategy and product planning for the VIP product line, driving customer lifecycle management, personalized services, and continuous optimization of system functionalities to enhance customer growth, retention and platform AUM (Assets Under Management).

Key Requirements
