Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Expert level system test automation experience
Developing automated test scripts using Selenium
Experience developing Java code with web design concepts
Leading End to End test calls and coordinating UAT
Managing the team and taking responsibility for deliverables
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress recommended
Integration to Jenkins and Sauce labs preferred
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
Strong leadership and influencing skills demonstrated
Training and mentoring QE team members required
Key Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of work experience in software or web testing
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Hand-on test automation experience preferably 2-3+ years at Healthcare or PBM industry
