Must-have
Qualified Accountant with 7-10 years experience
EMEA or international finance experience
Expertise in budgeting and variance analysis
Strong US GAAP accounting knowledge
Proven client relationship and business partnering skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with E1/PeopleSoft/PAX systems
Ability to work in uncertain environments
Fluency in English and local languages
Active listening and presentation skills
Desire for diverse collaborative environment
Key Requirements
7 to 10 years leading finance teams
Qualified Accountant status required
Sound technical expertise in month-end accounting
Previous EMEA or international experience essential
