Job Summary
This role will work closely with TC Energy’s in-house litigation and employment attorneys, outside counsel, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to provide paralegal and eDiscovery support services.
The successful candidate will need to work both independently and, in a team setting to fulfill the specific responsibilities of the position, which include managing and maintaining various electronic databases and supporting all phases of the eDiscovery process.

Key Requirements
Paralegal or legal assistant certificate or diploma
Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant paralegal experience
Exposure to technical knowledge of eDiscovery processes and software
Experience with Team Connect, iManage, Open Text, and Axcelerate Review & Analysis, or other similar systems
