Job Summary
The Director of Nursing leads a team of dedicated RN’s, LPN’s and Medication Aides in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting.
This role involves participating in planning, priority setting, and the development/implementation of policies and procedures for health care activities that comply with facility and contractual requirements as well as State, DEA, and CARF standards.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring orientation, in-service training, and continuing education with the nursing team, as well as managing department finances and ensuring adequate staffing.
