Job Summary

• Support the Enterprise Total Rewards team by completing analysis and developing recommendations related to new or modified compensation programs and practices.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with CIBC’s strategy.
