The successful candidate will manage technical onboarding processes ensuring engagement and personalization tools are successfully integrated with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-have
5+ years Technical Program Management experience
Agile Scrum or Kanban environment proficiency
JIRA and Confluence tool expertise

Data pipeline and API integration knowledge

Deep understanding of player engagement metrics
Familiarity with global external development teams
Background in backend service telemetry integration
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in TPM, Technical Production, or Engineering Management
