Job Summary

  • The HR Specialist supports all Singapore employees across both Corporate and Retail, delivering high-quality HR services while operating in a lean, agile HR team.
  • This role acts as the primary HR partner to the Retail commercial team and is expected to proactively leverage HR systems, technology, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
  • Working in close partnership with the HR Business Partner and regional/global Centres of Excellence (COEs), this role requires a hands-on, people-centred, and adaptable professional who is comfortable balancing operational delivery with day-to-day HR advisory support.
