Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years facility maintenance experience
State contractor’s license highly desired
Commercial HVAC and supervisory experience preferred
Universal CFC license a plus
Valid state operator/driver’s license
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Authorized to work in the United States
