Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for setting up and clearing event spaces, including halls, arenas, theaters, and meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment is arranged properly and in working order.
  • Key duties include moving tables, chairs, risers, bleachers, booths, staging, ramps, and other furniture between event spaces and storage areas as directed.
  • Employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment.
