The Administrative Assistant advances the mission of Hill Country Christian School by providing excellent, timely, and well-organized administrative support to the Athletic Director and Athletics Department.
This full-time, exempt position requires managing athletic finances, coordinating events, maintaining communications, scheduling, and assisting with travel and facility rentals.
The role involves working on-site Monday through Friday with core hours from 8am to 5pm and occasional evening hours, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
