  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives, with a strong focus on capability building and performance management of junior sales members.
  • Leverage strong industry networks to drive business growth, particularly within Orthopaedics and/or Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G).

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
