Job Summary

  • The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the overall room cleanliness as well as replenishment of mini bar amenities to ensure exceptional service consistent with Autograph Collection standards.
  • Duties include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning windows, mirrors, bathrooms, vents, walls, carpets, and common areas within shift time requirements.
  • The role requires interacting professionally with all hotel guests, assisting with special requests, and reporting any technology, maintenance, or suspicious activity issues.
