Job Summary
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the overall room cleanliness as well as replenishment of mini bar amenities to ensure exceptional service consistent with Autograph Collection standards.
Duties include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning windows, mirrors, bathrooms, vents, walls, carpets, and common areas within shift time requirements.
The role requires interacting professionally with all hotel guests, assisting with special requests, and reporting any technology, maintenance, or suspicious activity issues.

Highschool diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality experience
Prior experience in a cleaning position
Ability to lift pull 50 lbs
Strong customer service skills
