Key Requirements
relevant Engineering, Business, Commerce or Construction Management qualifications preferred
experience in road surfacing estimating or project management
ability to prepare risk and opportunity analysis
not essential but highly regarded knowledge of road surfacing
ability to attend onsite tender briefings and site visits
