The role includes administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, sanitation, equipment, care plan, and budget planning functions to support nursing services in a long-term care setting.
The position requires participation in committee meetings, staff development, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.
