• As a Talent Community Manager – Life Sciences, you will be a specialist recruiter focused on identifying, assessing, and onboarding high-quality linguistic talent across the CRO, Pharmaceutical, and Pharmacovigilance sectors.
• This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment, maintaining pipeline health, and ensuring a consistently high standard of candidate quality within the Life Sciences domain.
• You will work with a high degree of independence, applying structured assessment frameworks, executing sourcing strategies, and acting as an internal point of reference for Life Sciences recruitment practice.
