You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment management, care planning, and staff development functions to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited institution
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
