Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of consultants and therapists to optimize sales while maintaining exceptional service and retail standards. Achieve customer service and sales objectives by fostering a culture of excellence. Handle customer refund and complaint cases promptly to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Gather and document customer testimonials, feedback, and "before and after" photos. Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance outlet sales performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes to elevate customer experience and service standards. Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented mindset, and hands-on management skills. Assist the management team in managing retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide training and mentorship to new staff to maintain high operational and service standards. Prepare and submit outlet performance reports to the management team. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
