Job Summary

• This position includes oversight of Debt Manager, Debt Next, and recovery placements, ensuring the entire collections and recovery system remains efficient, well-controlled, and user-friendly.
• You will lead a team of 8 direct reports, develop talent, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively address risk issues caused by data gaps or system limitations.
• The salary range for this position is $136,000 - $181,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
