Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing services, and performing routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
