  • Responsible for one or more applications/modules, providing technical leadership in improving, enhancing, developing, and supporting/maintaining them within Ryder's IT Architecture.
  • Participates in architecture design, performance monitoring, module evaluation, and buy versus build decisions, while also managing end-user requests and providing data analysis.
  • Provides technical expertise to the business, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and helps end users understand and adhere to system processes and usage rules.
