Must-have
Own reliability, scalability, and security
Define and own SLOs/SLIs, error budgets
Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines
Drive observability and proactive monitoring
Lead incident response for complex issues
Coach and mentor SRE and DevOps engineers
Partner with product engineering and security teams
Nice-to-have
Experience in regulated industries
Familiarity with Conversational BI tools
Experience with Power Platform
Experience with LLM/Copilot concepts
Leadership experience in scaling teams
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, Platform, or DevOps
Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong skills with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Demonstrated experience defining and operating SLOs, SLIs, SLAs
