  • Guide clients through the venue and meeting sourcing process, communicating with internal and external partners, and leading the logistics of your project from end-to-end.
  • Negotiate pricing and other package details with suppliers to support the client while meeting their savings and spend expectations.
  • Develop positive relationships with multiple members of the client team, suppliers, Amex GBT team and support departments.
