This Tokyo-based role is accountable for managing both pre-COD and post-COD contractual details of the growing Power Portfolio Agreements across Japan and the wider APAC region.
The individual will act as a key interface with internal and external PPA stakeholders, enabling business across the PPA deal lifecycle and ensuring internal processes run smoothly.
Candidates must possess deep knowledge of sophisticated commercial agreements (PPAs) and assist with contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and operational setup.
