Perform echocardiograms using advanced ultrasound technologies
Operate and maintain ultrasound and related equipment
Analyze cardiac ultrasound data for medical interpretation
Provide patient and staff education on cardiac ultrasound procedures
Respond to on-call emergent cardiac ultrasound requests
Nice-to-have
Experience with Transesophageal Echocardiograms
Knowledge of graded exercise and pharmacological stress tests
Ability to transport ultrasound equipment for bedside exams
Collaborative and compassionate patient care approach
Key Requirements
Graduate of CAAHEP accredited two-year program
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification or ability to attain within 1 year
Maintain registry status with continuing education
